This challenge is INCLUDED for ALL members.
We start on Friday the 4th March 2022 and finish up on Tuesday 12th April. Feel free to stay on for an additional 2 days (Wed/Thur) for fasting before Easter Friday.
Moving your body 6 days a week for 25+ minutes (we recommend following the schedule plan in the members hub)
Eating clean, cutting the crap and more guidance available if you need meal plans or daily clean eating tips / challenges. Just message us with you individual requests because one meal plan does not suit all and we can lead you in the right direction for no more than an additional $9 - $49.
The workout schedule is balanced with HIIT, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga/Mobility, Pilates and more bonus workouts including a new popular one - Low impact exercises to boost your immunity. This is a great one to focus on pre or post covid!! I have designed it mainly for our clients who currently have covid but are feeling ok and wanting to do some light exercise. The exercises are carefully selected to insure they only provide great benefits for the body. 25 minutes of our Switchfit sessions a day will increase both natural killer cells and various types of white blood cells, all which are considered important parts of the immune systems defence structure.
You will get a day by day workout planner to fill in or mark off your exercises.
