SPRING INTO SPRING CHALLENGE
heres the plan!
This challenge has been thoughtfully planned out and created by experienced and qualified Personal Trainers and Fitness experts to help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals leading into Spring 2022! The programme is adaptable for most fitness and strength levels and can be done from home or Gym.
We will begin with a live online session at 6.00am Thursday 11th August where we will do Strength testing (this can be replayed at anytime and is expected to be completed by the end of the week along with a cardio fitness challenge you can do in your own time also) No equipment needed.
You will also be encouraged to write down your goals for the challenge and share them with the group if you wish.
- Every Monday there will be a new HIIT upload at 5.30am from a different trainer each week. Week 2 you can enjoy being in Fiji where Michelle will be filming a HIIT session for us. These uploads can be replayed and repeated as often as you like, they are 25 minutes long and there are 100 more available to replay anytime in the members hub.
- Every Tuesday you will complete the CORE strength training challenge. This can be done at home, at the Gym or you can choose to complete a new 20 minute Core workout video each week. We will go through the core challenge on week 1 via video coaching, it will have options for all strength levels and your aim will be to complete it by week 6.
- Every Wednesday - depending on your goals you will complete either a 25 minute Strength session, Lower body session, Upper body session, another HIIT session, a Mobility session, a cardio session or a sports specific session. We can help you with this one once you are signed up and have let us know your goals.
- Every Thursday Kelly will be live at 6am with a full body 25 minute Strength session (week 6 will be the final Strength and Fitness test) Once completed it is always great if you feel comfortable to share your success with the group and motivate / inspire others!
- Every Friday you will aim to complete a Stretch, Yoga, Mobility or Meditation session from the members hub.
* Weekends are for switching off, catching up, getting outdoors, checking in and getting organized for a successful week ahead.

Spring is just around the corner and it’s time to GET FIT!
